Dr. Glazer was born and raised in Lima, OH. From 1998-2002, he attended Miami University in Oxford, OH obtaining a bachelor arts degree in Chemistry. Immediately following his undergraduate training, he attended The Ohio State University for his dental education. Upon completion of his dental degree in 2006, he moved to New York to start his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Glazer completed his training in 2010 and began practicing here in Massapequa.

Dr. Glazer is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a member of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, New York State Dental Association, and Nassau County Dental Society.
